These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and facai68 ("facai68", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the facai68 platform located at https://facai68.cam, including all games, betting products, promotions, and ancillary services made available thereon ("the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall Agreement between you and facai68.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance where applicable.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credit awarded by facai68 subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player or won through eligible wagers that have satisfied all relevant wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet amount that must be placed before bonus funds may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 35x the bonus amount).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before certain account actions, including withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the facai68 website, its associated mobile interfaces, gaming products, sportsbook, and any other services accessible at https://facai68.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of the Platform is illegal, restricted, or requires a specific local licence that facai68 does not hold.

To register and maintain an Account on facai68, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. facai68 enforces strict age verification and will suspend any account where the player is found to be below this minimum age.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close associate of facai68 or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from facai68 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You are not suffering from or being treated for a gambling addiction or related disorder that renders your use of the Platform inadvisable.

facai68 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each Player is permitted to holdone Account only. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, facai68 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must notify facai68 promptly of any changes to your registered information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. facai68 will treat any action taken using your Account credentials as having been authorised by you.

facai68 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods:

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded minus any applicable processing fees. facai68 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

facai68 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which facai68 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum withdrawal amount of RM 50 applies to all payment methods.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification and proof of address dated within three months.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the facai68 Account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting these conditions will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds.
• facai68 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the same business session. Actual bank or e-wallet settlement times may vary depending on the receiving institution.

facai68 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that are flaged by our fraud prevention systems. Compliance with such checks is a condition of withdrawal processing.

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives offered by facai68 are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity window.
• facai68 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect wagers already placed under the original promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are satisfied.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the calculation of wagering requirements or the eligibility of specific game contributions, facai68's records shall be conclusive.
• Players who are found to be abusing promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will have their bonuses forfeited and may face account termination.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the facai68 sportsbook and gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. facai68 does not offer cancellations or amendments to confirmed wagers except in specific circumstances outlined in the sport-specific rules.
• In the event of a technical error, network failure, or system malfunction that results in a bet being placed or settled incorrectly, facai68 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's Account.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and player account. facai68 reserves the right to restrict maximum wager amounts on individual accounts at its sole discretion.
• Mix Parlay bets are governed by the specific combination rules outlined in the sportsbook section of the Platform. A void selection within a parlay will reduce the combination accordingly.
• Results for sporting events — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UFC contests — are determined by the official governing body of the respective competition. facai68 will settle bets in accordance with official results once confirmed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the facai68 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referal to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to facai68 support immediately upon discovery.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any form of financial fraud, including but not limited to credit card fraud, payment fraud, or identity theft.
• Providing false or misleading registration information, including false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of welcome offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.

All content on the facai68 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, game engines, user interface designs, written content, and trademarks — is the property of facai68 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from facai68.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, facai68 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability or functionality.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses incurred through gambling activity, including wagers placed in error.
• Actions taken by facai68 in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture.

facai68's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

facai68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 9.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling provisions.

In the event of account termination for reasons other than player breach, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the player following completion of applicable verification procedures. Bonus Balance is non-refundable under all circumstances.

facai68 is fully committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide the following player protection tools, accessible at all times via your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits — Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. This action is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent in-Platform notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which facai68 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, facai68 and the Player agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent facai68 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
